Current Happenings

FITNESS ROOM CLOSURE! Due to concrete construction outside the lower level of the clubhouse, the both fitness rooms are currently CLOSED. We expect the project to be finished between May 18-23 and will re-open the facilities at that time. Thank you for your patience.
LANDSCAPING UPDATES 2026 SEASON (May-October)
- Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) will be mowing common areas and some Greens on Wednesdays.
- Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) will be mowing for the Greens residents on Thursdays.
- If you are interested in having LCM give you a quote for landscaping serivces, please fill out the Extra Work Order Form found on the Forms and Documents page.

Reminders

Nearly all exterior improvements need Board review and approval prior to starting the project. Check the Rules & Regulations or contact the Property Manager for clarification.
All homeowners are required to maintain their property to include regular tree/bush/grass trimming, sealcoating driveways, storage of trash cans, and general upkeep of the exterior of their home.
Please remember to pick up after your dog. According to the Gurnee Municipal Code it is unlawful to leave waste behind. Residents are encouraged to call the police if you can provide the identity and address of the offender.
Please remember, according to the Gurnee Municipal Code, it is unlawful for dog owners to allow pets to run at large within the Village. Any dog not held on a leash is considered at large. Violators may be subject to a fine for each pet related offense.
