LANDSCAPING UPDATES 2026 SEASON (May-October)
Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) will begin weekly mowing for the season for common areas on Wednesday, April 29.
Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) will begin weekly mowing for the season for Greens residents on Thursday, April 30.
If you are interested in having LCM give you a quote for landscaping serivces, please fill out the Extra Work Order Form found on the Forms and Documents page.

Nearly all exterior improvements need Board review and approval prior to starting the project. Check the Rules & Regulations or contact the Property Manager for clarification.
All homeowners are required to maintain their property to include regular tree/bush/grass trimming, sealcoating driveways, storage of trash cans, and general upkeep of the exterior of their home.
Please remember to pick up after your dog. It's unhealthy and illegal to leave waste behind. Residents are encouraged to call the police if you can provide the identity and address of the offender.
