Clubhouse Rental

The Fairway Ridge Clubhouse located at 611 Leonard Drive. Available for rent exclusively to members of the Fairway Ridge HOA.  

There is a $150 non-refundable rental fee and a $300 security deposit required.  Capacity of the room is 50 people.  Homeowners are responsible for all cleaning supplies and must have the room cleaned the night of the event.
