Pool Rules:
Only Fairway Ridge residents who are in good standing and their guests are permitted to use the pool (Please keep the number of guests to a minimum)
No running, pushing or shoving is permitted in or around the pool area
NO FOOD, ALCOHOL, SMOKING, or GLASS BOTTLES are permitted in the pool area. There is a picnic table outside the gate for you to eat at.
Please clean up after yourselves. There is a garbage can outside the pool gate for your convenience.
Playing loud music is not allowed. Please be respectful to others.
Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years or older. This is a state law, and failure to abide by this law can result in the pool being shut down. Children must be supervised in the clubhouse restrooms and not allowed on the fitness equipment.
Please shower prior to entering the pool.
Please apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes before entering the pool.
Do not swallow any pool water.
Persons having any contagious diseases or infectious conditions may not enter the pool.
Proper swimming attire necessary
To avoid the spread of any infectious bacteria, children requiring diapers must wear a "swim diaper." The use of disposable diapers is not permitted.
Diving is not permitted.
There is no lifeguard on duty. All swimming is done at your own risk. The Illinois Department of Public Health requires that "no person may enter the pool area alone or swim alone" without a lifeguard.
Please be mindful of the size of floats and toys. Large inflatable boats are not permitted.
Please do not open the gate for other guests. Entry to the pool without a valid card key is not allowed.
Entry outside of pool hours or when a "Pool Closed" sign is posted is trespassing. Violators may be arrested.
Violation of these rules will result in suspension of pool privileges. Your cooperation is appreciated.
