• Fairway Ridge On-Site Property Manager: Lauren Bugner (contact information and office hours are at the bottom of the page).

• Fitness Room Hours: 4:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

• Pool Dates and Hours: Memorial Day - Labor Day from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

  • Pool Rules

• Board of Directors Meeting: 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse.

• Clubhouse Rental: Contact Property Manager for information and reservations

• Assessments

  • Monthly assessments cover use of the fitness room, pool, playground, and common property upkeep and maintenance.

  • Monthly assessment payments are due on the first of the month and can be paid annually, quarterly by mail or monthly auto debit (contact Property Manager to be set up for monthly auto debit).

  • A $25 late fee is assessed if your payment is not received by the 16th of the month.

• Documents to Review

  • A copy of the Rules and Regulation, Declaration and By-Laws can be found under Forms and Documents.

  • Architectural Improvement Request Form - This form must be submitted and approved by the Board before you make any changes to the exterior of your home or property. If you have questions about any changes that you may be considering, you are urged to attend the Board meeting.
