This is an anonymous ballot. Please do not sign or include identifying information.
You may cast two (2) votes total. No more than 1 vote per candidate. You are not required to use two (2) votes.
If you are NOT attending the meeting, please complete and return this ballot with your address clearly displayed on the exterior of the envelope OR drop it in the lockbox at the clubhouse by December 11, 2025.
If mailing the ballot, please allow 5 business days for delivery.

Dear Fairway Ridge Resident,
The Fairway Ridge Board of Directors and Property Manager are in the process of preparing for 2026. This includes preparing a budget, preparing for the election of two board members and the ratification of changes to our Rules and Regulations. This is the first of two letters you will receive in the next several weeks concerning this activities.
Please mark your calendar for the Annual Meeting:
December 16, 2025 at 7 PM. Meeting to approve the updated Rules and Regulations.
December 16, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Elections and formal approval of the 2026 budget.
As required by Illinois law, this letter serves as your official notice that the 2026 assessments will increase. We have not yet finalized the 2026 budget, as we are still working with our service providers to negotiate contracts. We are working to keep the increase to a minimum for all residents. The exact figure will be included in the next letter you receive.
We are also, as required by Illinois law, notifying you that the board is planning to make changes to the Rules and Regulations and will hold the required meeting on December 16, 2025. We have included a summary of the changes in this mailing. The complete, edited version of the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations can be found on our website.
Finally, we are asking for residents interested in running for a position on the board to please review and submit the candidate application by November 10, 2025.
